calls can be handled with or without operator assistance. On operator-assisted calls, the
Infinity operator finds the requested name, and the voice announcer says the number. You can
also offer to connect callers directly to the requested party, so they don’t have to hang up and
redial. Callers can also be connected to the requested party without hearing the number, helping
enhance security.

Using Just Say It speech recognition, callers can be quickly connected to the requested party by
simply saying the name or department they are trying to reach. The accurate Just Say It vocabulary recognizes approximately 95% of the U.S. population names. And for callers who
need assistance, Just Say It features a convenient revert to operator feature.
