Console Switchboard
Infinity’s sophisticated console switchboard software provides operators with screen based prompts allowing them to instantly access important information as they connect to calls. Unlike standard PBX consoles, Infinity’s PC-based console switchboard software requires no PBX hardware and instead uses Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) to help automate switchboard tasks. Most console switchboard tasks including connecting to and transferring calls, speed dialing, paging, accessing directories and much more, are accomplished with minimal keystrokes.
