Infinity's multifunctional directories provide fast
access to an abundance of information. The directories
can be customized to include the exact information operators
need to process calls quickly and professionally. Operators
can search on multiple directory fields simultaneously,
and Infinity quickly finds the appropriate faculty, staff
members, or information desired. Databases can be
automatically imported into the Infinity directories,
ensuring that the information is always current.
Directories can also be available enterprise-wide. All or
some of your organization’s directories can
be made available over your intranet or the internet.
By Web enabling your directories you allow faculty, staff
and students to have “self service” to the information
they need within your Infinity directories. For example, by
Web enabling departmental directories, students with inter/intranet
access will have the ability to access departmental phone
and fax numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, directions,
staff information or whatever you decide to make available.
By Web enabling directory information you increase
efficiency by reducing the amount of routine information calls
made to your call center.
