Directory Assistance
Your operators will find it extremely easy to handle Directory Assistance calls with Infinity. As soon as operators connect to calls, they instantly see the directory information, which allows them to quickly locate the requested student or staff member. The Infinity Voice Announcer gives the caller the number, freeing the operator to handle other calls.
