Infinity Intelligent PC Console (CTI)

 

1Call’s Infinity system uses enhanced Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) technology to present important screen based call processing information to call center agents and switchboard operators. Standard operator functions including, connecting to and transferring calls, accessing directories, and paging are accomplished with a single keystrokes. Seasoned operators, as well as new operators will love the ease of use and administrators will appreciate the little amount of time required to get operators thoroughly trained.

Infinity’s Intelligent PC Console features will also allow your organization to expand your current call center services, increasing the value of your call center. Additional software modules allow your call center to take orders for merchandise, conduct inbound and outbound alumni fundraising campaigns, monitor alarms, schedule appointments, and become an important part of your disaster and emergency readiness programs.

Infinity’s Message Detail Reporting (MDR) and Crystal Reporting will allow for professional and detailed reporting on inbound and outbound call traffic, operator and agent efficiency, and system utilization. These important reports provide system supervisors and administrators the required information needed for billing and general call center management.
