Just Say It Speech Recognition
The 1Call Just Say It speech recognition module simplifies
phone calls for patients, customers, physicians, and staff
members, allowing callers to speak their response to prompts
instead of pressing touch tones. This automated service saves
labor costs for your call center, allowing operators to assist
other callers. Just Say It functions seamlessly with the 1Call
eCreator IVR (Interactive Voice Response) applications, including
On-Call Paging, Directory Assistance, Patient Information,
Physician Referral, Physician Registry, Prescription Renewal,
and RED Alert Disaster Notification. Just Say It uses SpeechWorks'
modern, high-performance speech recognition technology, with
powerful features that increase accuracy, helping you provide
even better service for your callers. Just Say It On-Call Paging
Allow callers to easily contact on-call physicians and nurses
without speaking to an operator. Callers simply say "Pediatrician
On Call" and then hear the status of the physician (such
as "available on pager"). The caller is then prompted
for a callback number. Just Say It quickly finds the pediatrician
currently on call, and pages the pediatrician with the caller's
callback number.
Just Say It Directory Assistance
Give callers an easy way to contact physicians, nurses, staff,
and patients. Just Say It listens for the caller to say a
person's name or department, and then confirms this with the
caller. Just Say It then repeats the phone number to the caller,
and offers to connect them to the number. Just Say It can
also automatically connect the caller without repeating the
number, ensuring privacy and security. A SpeechWorks name
vocabulary, with 1,000,000 first and last name combinations
gathered from the USPS, that recognizes 95% of the US population
names, is also available. Additional entries can be added
to this vocabulary.
Just Say It Paging
Callers can page a physician, nurse, or staff member by simply
saying
their name. This convenient application saves time for your
call center
staff, allowing employees and outside callers to directly
page without
operator assistance, and without knowing pager numbers.
Just Say It Patient Locator
By simply saying a name, Just Say It transfers the caller
directly to
the patient’s room. For added security and convenience,
calls for
certain patients can be directed to the nurses station, to
another
extension, or can be screened by the patient before being
connected.
Just Say It RED Alert
During disaster and emergency situations, use 1Call’s
Response to
Emergency Deployment (RED) Alert to quickly contact the
necessary
personnel. Using Just Say It, the personnel contacted can
just say
their response, such as how long it will take them to get
to the
designated location. This automated process speeds your overall
response time.
