AMTELCO To Exhibit at Cisco Live 2012
McFarland, WI - March 2012 – AMTELCO will be an exhibitor, located in Booth 2529, at Cisco Live 2012, which will be held June 10-14 in San Diego. AMTELCO is a Cisco Registered Developer Technology Partner, providing call center software solutions to a variety of markets, with a focus on healthcare.
AMTELCO will be offering a number of powerful software solutions for Cisco Live attendees, including the SIP-based Soft Agent intelligent console, which improves enterprise-wide communications, reduces agent training time by as much as 80% using Scripted Call Flow Navigation to easily guide agents through calls, and reducing call time by up to 30%.
