New! Infinity IS Transformer
1Call is pleased to introduce the Infinity IS Transformer, a revolutionary new application that automatically transforms Infinity message tickets into Infinity Intelligent Series (IS) scripts. The IS Transformer can also automatically transform message tickets from replaced systems into Infinity IS scripts.

This process saves a tremendous amount of time, eliminating many of the hours spent manually entering data.


New! OnTeam Scheduling
The new OnTeam Scheduling is an advanced workforce-scheduling module that automatically creates complex schedules in just seconds!

This innovative module easily generates the elaborate schedules needed for each department, helping ensure staff members are scheduled at the appropriate times each day.
