What are Unified Reports?

Unified Reports makes it easy to produce a variety of client, traffic, operations, billing and management reports. It captures statistics 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Types of Reports

Call Detail - provides a record of each and every incoming Infinity call.
Dialout Detail - with this report, you are able to report on all outbound calls placed by operators or system (autodials).
Traffic – this report monitors the number of calls handled by the system.
Operators - provides extensive information on the performance of an individual operator.
ANI - Automatic Number Identification or Caller I.D. The Caller I.D. is reported along with other pertinent data.
Special Reports - This section includes 14 Special Reports. They are: Abandons, Account Traffic, Call Handling,  and others.

Dashboard for real-time monitoring on the go!

Monitor all aspects of your Infinity system with the new Infinity Intelligent Dashboard. The Dashboard is a stand alone application that constantly refreshes its information display to give you a current snapshot of everything happening in your system, including Infinity call traffic, operator and agent activity, and Intelligent Series application usage.

Pick the report format that’s right for you.

Reports can be generated in a number of popular file formats including Adobe Acrobat® PDF, Microsoft® Word and Excel, ASCII text and ASCII tab-delimited Reports can be e-mailed automatically when they are run and this applies to on-demand and scheduled reports.
