The 13th Annual 1Call Leadership and Training Seminar was a great success, and we want to thank all of the attendees, presenters, hotel staff, and 1Call staff for their participation. Each year our seminar invites customers and prospects to learn from experts in their field, hear about experiences from other healthcare call center professionals, network with peers, and speak directly with our software and training staff about 1Call products and solutions.

This year we welcomed keynote speaker Dr. Niraj Nijhawan. Dr. Nijhawan is a practicing physician in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, graduated from the University of Wisconsin Medical School in 1992, and completed a medical residency in Anesthesiology/Critical Care at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Nijhawan presented, “From Fearless to Fulfilled; The Brain Science of Agility.” and spoke about developing a powerful framework for happiness and success.

Educational sessions included presentations from Nancy Beale, MSN, RN-BC, customers, partners, and staff about streamlining care team communications, integrating hospital call centers with EMR providers using our solutions, on-call scheduling, mass notifications, secure messaging, web-enabled communication tools, reporting and analytics, scripting, and more.

"Amtelco is an amazing company! They invest in their products as well as their current and prospect customers. The Amtelco 1Call Leadership and Training Seminar is a valuable couple of days to gain great insight about what 1Call has to offer. We learned a lot about Intelligent Series, support services offered, we were able to network with other customers, and engage with the Amtelco 1Call staff to ensure any questions we had got answered. Coming into the seminar we had a lot of questions and after a couple days of presentations, demos, and phenomenal hospitality, we knew 1Call was the right solution for us. Shortly thereafter, we began the journey of being part of the Amtelco 1Call family. Make the effort to attend this seminar as you will not be disappointed!" Kevin Steinburg, Telecommunications Manager, Confluence Health

The next seminar will be held on September 15-17, 2020 at the Best Western Premier Park Hotel in Madison, Wisconsin.
